As a certified coach, yoga teacher, and mindful hike facilitator, I support you in experiencing the power to transform your life through re-connecting with your inner wisdom and the wisdom of nature.

In each of these roles, I draw from my own love of nature, the ancient practices of yoga and meditation, and the tools I’ve learned through my study of modern neuroscience and psychology to offer you the structure, guidance, and practices you need to deepen self-awareness, become skilled at self-regulation, and create your path to wholeness and a soul-led life.
